As one who had a very large hand in raising your Ladd, thank you for all that you give to him and thank you also for your Little K, it is truly great to know that our heritage (and yours) will continue within her. The mere fact that you are not such a person only intensifies the heart felt meaning of these words and for that I am truly grateful. When I first read this it brought tears to me eyes and warmth in my heart ... not that I need any more warmth as your love and devotion warms my heart and soul like a tender child wrapped in soft and swaddling blankets. I am truly blessed to have been graced with you as a lifelong companion as we walk and explore our trail of life. You have brought peace, love, warmth, joy and thoughtfulness into my life and words cannot easily express how I feel.
