Kindergarten Field Day and Luau
By KK on Jun 11, 2008 in Mommy Files, Thinker
The last two weeks of school were loaded with activities. At the parent-teacher conference, Ms. W was full of praises for Little K academic and behavior. She finished school with all green days
. Then there was a sumptuous Volunteer Luncheon with performances by the students. Although I volunteered not expecting anything in return- it was nice to be appreciated.
Kindergarten Field Day
It was a fun field day that involved water and excited children. Hey, I didn’t have this kind of fun when I was in Kindergarten. They played games and ran under a water hose. I’ll let the slide do the “talking”.
HawaiianLuau
A Luau themed party is a fitting way to close the school year and put everyone in a summer vacation mode. Mrs. G(my co-volunteer, classmom) did a very elaborate kiddie lunch with fruit kabobs, flower shaped PB&Js, fruit shake, chicken nuggets and upside-down cake. With the games and leis making, time just went so fast. I’m sure that all the children had a wonderful experience and they are looking towards more fun next year.

Hi Sexy Mom, Yes it was. Oon nga back-to-school and rainy season but the good thing you will get peace and quiet while your kids are in school.
Hi Teacher Julie, She does specially she enjoys school.
Other schools had a graduation ceremony for Kinder while they had a Luau.

very creative and a different fun, in manila we had a graduation ceremony and that was that. MC and IC’s kindergarten would be having a grill party in the woods with a chance to go camping, too! am sure that would be fun!
