What to Do in Baguio by Little K
By KK on Apr 10, 2008 in Baguio, Traveler

A walk in the park with my cute cousin, Little S. Anywhere with lots of trees is highly preferable. Photo taken in front of The Mansion House(presidential rest house). Baguio is known for the Pine trees which are unfortunately disappearing one by one. So come and see the trees by enjoying nature walks while you still can. Who thinks people come to the City of Pines to look for amusement Parks? Bring a jacket or sweatshirt because it gets pretty chilly when you are near the trees. Oh, yes before I forget I also tasted strawberry flavored taho(soy drink) from a vendor in this park.

I always look forward to my pony rides in Wright Park! I had my first pony ride when I was 18 months old and I was hooked! This pretty pony I was riding is Viper, look for Rommel(the owner) because he did a great job keeping me safe.

My Tito Reagan and Tita Yana spoiled me by letting me get my every whim including a piggy ride at SM Baguio. I had a blast! I even tasted my first cotton candy! I can’t wait to see my Tito and Tita because they let me get away with alot of things.

My Tita Jhing also spoiled me with her patience, she helped me and my cousin do crafts including this rose in a jar. It looks like the Beast’s(Beauty and the Beast) rose. My Tita Jhing made hanging out at home so much fun.
My Papa(grandpa) took me for a walk at the Maryknoll Ecological Sanctuary but forgot to take a camera with him. You’ll have to take my word for it that I enjoyed my talking his ears out while we were taking a walk.

I’m glad Little K enjoyed many wonderful activities in Baguio. I have fond memories of my pony ride when I was a young girl too.
Fun crafts, that’s really nice.
BTW, I have an award for you that I will post later. Take care.

we were in baguio in 2006 - and the kids enjoyed our day trip there, too. di ba yung mga ponies e kulay pink na
and that’s also the reason why the kids dont want to go back in germany; they could do anything they want and of course, they always have someone to play with!

lovely photos of a lovely little girl — and an artist at that!
how nice that she had a cousin to play with, too. isn’t she asking you for a little brother or sister yet?
in baguio, we have to just plant, plant and plant some more! Am starting to fix up my garden now…

My son remembers Baguio with: horses, playmates and taxis, during his second visit. Chicken, his lolo’s truck and again horses during his first.
