I have been hearing about The Sedona Method but it’s only now that I had the chance to read about it. The Sedona Method gives practical applications of the work by New York Times bestseller author Eckhart Tolle. From what I can understand, it is a self-help method to become a better person and be a part of the a new earth. Some way or another we have our own personal issues that we have to deal with. It’s a mind over matter kind of thing. Everything we do comes from how we feel and think, being able to understand how to deal with our emotions and react to them can be life changing. This method teaches where and how to start. Of course this only works if a person accepts and recognizes that there is indeed an issue and is willing to get help.
