Izea on a Rebound

How has it been for Izea bloggers? Market has been picking up lately but not a feeding frenzy like before the PR demotions. I’ve been seeing opportunities up for grabs for blogs with high IzeaRank(top 50% and above). Most of them are taken within a few seconds- yes, seconds! It’s all in the law of supply and demand. Many veteran bloggers have lost their PRs, they have joined the ranks of people who are just starting out when it comes to PR.
I am actually entertained by the thought of advertisers who are willing to pay for PR1 but the opps aren’t taken fast enough because of PR0’s. Companies or their hired SEOs still can’t seem to grasp the idea that Google is seriously after paid links(except theirs). What good is a PR1 if it gets slashed to 0? Advertisers have to define their objectives for the ads in the first place, is it for PR boost or traffic?
I have seen a trend of advertisers who use pure IzeaRanks as their barometer to qualify bloggers for opportunities and I believe they are the ones who have been enjoying the benefits of user generated advertising.
It’s also a good idea to dust off the camcorders because the general direction of Internet advertising is in videos.
