There are a lot of us who believe that diet and exercise is the key to weight loss. It’s just that when time goes by our focus towards the goal of loosing weight wavers due to our demanding lifestyles.I need buddy-system to remind me of my health goals but I want to avoid a physical trainer to do it since I don’t have Hollywood pockets. Nor do I want to call someone to send me food or go to meetings.
