You definitely are a wife and mother now. When I think back how a career girl you were, it is very surprising how things turned out to be. I was suppose to be the home maker material or so I thought. Now, I'm 34, single and no prospective man in the horizon with a career that seems to head off on the direction it wants to go. Well, for one thing I still feel that in little ways, I have also been a mother and I hope it was a positive thing for all of us. I love reading your stories when you visited the Philippines last. As people say, we come to appreciate the things we have only when we don't have them anymore. I can say that I do miss the fruits in the market when I see rotten bananas being sold for 3 USD for half dozen in the local market here. All in all, life is still beautiful! It is very nice to read how you have spent your Mother’s Day! You definitely are a wife and mother now.
