Close Friend’s Mom

Follow-up to my post about my mom’s friend.
I have been informed by my close friend that her mother has been called by Our Creator. She has succumbed to ovarian cancer after a 2 year battle against the disease. She was 55 years old and died 5 days before her daughter’s wedding. May she rest in peace.
She leaves behind her husband and kids, my friend being the eldest.

that’s sad, your friend would have wanted a few more days for her mom - at least to see her march on her wedding day. but it was her time, she had to go. your friend’s consolation is that now her mom’s sufferings are over. she should now be in the bosom of our almighty. now a reminder for us children to love our moms, show them how much we care, for we do not know when they will leave us.
