NFL Football Way of Life

It took a week for me to get over my team(Baltimore Ravens) loosing to the Indianapolis Colts. It’s not being a sore looser but it really takes time for emotions to settle down especially that I wanted to see my team to be at the Superbowl, it’s been 5 long years since they won.
Today, between with the Indianapolis Colts and the New England Patriots battling it out, it was like watching the Superbowl. It was a game between two equally great quarterbacks and their teams. I respect both Peyton Mannning and Tom Brady but it’s good to see Manning go to the big game. I mean come on Brady has 3 SB rings already.
As for the Chicago Bears and New Orleans Saints, I think the cold weather over at the windy city chilled the Saints. It would have been a boost of morale for people down at New Orleans, but hey going to the NFC was a big achievement by itself.
Who would have known when I was standing at the Soldier Field (Chicago Bears Stadium) 3 years ago that the Bears will win the AFC in this same field to get a chance go to the Superbowl this year!
NFL Football is one American thing that I have embraced with open arms.
